Mobile app is under construction and currently not functional

Step One

Once you have downloaded our mobile app from the appropriate app store for your device, you will need to sign in before you can use it. If you still need to download our app you can do it here.

If you are using an Android or Blackberry device you will need to enter the following information at the sign in screen:

Brokerage Location: Lethbridge
Access Code: 49361

If you are using an iPhone then you will be asked to enter the following information:

Username: AstroInsurance
Password: pass49361

*Please note that all Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.

Once you have signed in you will see the ‘Astro’ logo and some options, Shown in the image to the right.

Step Two

Before using your app you will need to register your details so that we know which client is sending us information or requesting a service from us. Touch the ‘Registration info’ button and you will be taken to the Registration page.

Enter your name, email and mobile number here. This information will only be used by us and will never be given to any third party. The information will help us to connect you, the person using the App, to the information we have for you in our system at Astro.

You will then be asked to enter details about your vehicle/s, that you have insured with us along with your insurer and the policy number. This information only need be entered this once, and then this will save you time if ever you need to report an accident, as all of your policy information will be available at the touch of a button.

You will then be asked the same information for your second vehicle. (if you have one)

Once you have entered all of your vehicle information you will be asked to do the same for your Home insurance.

If you are not sure of your policy numbers, then please feel free to come into the office or give us a call and we will help you find the information you need.

Once you have completed this initial set up, your Astro Mobile App is ready to use! You can use it to contact the office, to report an accident, to add items to your simple home Inventory and even report a property claim.

The Report a Claim’ page will be invaluable to you should you find yourself involved in a motor accident. It has all the important things to remember in the “What To Do” page and even gives you the option of sending us your GPS location so that we can see exactly where the accident took place.
